I love self care routines. I love having a morning routine that prepares me for the day and sets the tone for the rest of the day. As much as I’m all for hustle culture and I do love the hustle, I also get easily overwhelmed, so taking time to work on myself, set up weekly goals and just do things that I love have a huge impact on my mental health.
The best thing is that it doesn’t take much effort, planning or even money to have a self care routine, it’s actually quite the opposite. And although they are entirely personal and flexible, these are some of the things that I try to do on a daily basis, but specially on Sundays, when I take the time to really focus on my goals and the little things that balance me and keep me grounded. I hope they inspire you to work on your own routine.
