Finding meaning and purpose is one of the greatest pursuits of people. We all have an intrinsic desire to live full lives, but a lot of the time people end up feeling a lack of purpose. The search of a deeper meaning can be confusing and it can be a long road, full of ups and downs.
I personally find that writing down my feelings really help me clear my head and figure things out. Keeping a track of my memories, my most intimate thoughts, my dreams, my fears, whatever I’m feeling on a given day gives me a sense of clarity. Things suddenly don’t feel so big as they did when they were in my head. Journaling is a safe space to do all of that. Asking the right questions forces the brain to look for the right answers.
